Phingspet Grime is an NPC who loves hunting rats. She has a sister, named Grimesquit. Phingspet and her sister help the player during the Rat Catchers quest. They can be found inside the Varrock Sewers. Phingspet speaks in a rather odd language, a combination of gibberish and English, but this is later shown to be a joke on the player.
The Varrock Census shows us that Phingspets (and her sisters also) professions are "withheld". This might mean that Phingspet had a "top secret" job in 160's, she was nowhere to be found when the census was written, or she simply didn't have one worth reporting.
