Penance (race)
The Penance are a race only found within and fought through the activity Barbarian Assault. They are a strange bunch of creatures, and some Penance can only be killed by certain strategies. They are led by the deadly Penance Queen, also only fought during the activity. All Penance have one eye. Their colouration becomes darker as their combat level increases. Penance Biology
All penance begin life as Queen Spawn then later mature into the various kinds of penance. They are instructed what type to become by orders from the queen. If no orders are received, then the spawn develops into a penance queen as this role is needed. The statue which relates this information is a little vague about how the queen gives orders to the spawn.
