Clan Citadel/Hotspot customisation

Decorative Hotspots are of two sizes: 2x2 and 4x4. Each 2x2 hotspot can contain either a combat pillar, a combat statue, or a weapon rack. Each 4x4 hotspot can contain either a topiary or a fountain. The location of each hotspot changes in different citadel layouts. The five hotspots located around the entrance portal are used for statues only.

As the citadel is upgraded, the layout will contain more hotspots.
