The Elf musician is the only musician in Tirannwn. She is located in Isafdar, north-west of Lletya. The easiest way to reach her is to exit Lletya, pass the tripwire and go through the dense forest just west of that.

She appears to be playing a crystal ocarina, which may be a reference to the popular game Legend of Zelda; where Saria is playing the Ocarina of Time in Sacred Forest Meadow.
