The Drunken sailor is just that, a drunken sailor who rests outside the bar in Port Sarim. Members can loot a Sailor's hat from him for use in the Catapult Construction quest.
Talk-to: You shake the snoring sailor by the shoulder. It doesn't look like he's going to wake up any time soon.
Search: You find the sailor's hat in one of his pockets. You put it in your inventory.
