The Bow and Arrow salesman is a vendor who is in Ranging guild. He runs Dargaud's Bows and Arrows ranging equipment shop.
When talked to, a short dialogue about magic crossbows will start. He is asked if he would be able to create a crossbow from magic logs when dwarves don't do them. He says no, but promises he'll try to do learn it in the future.
