A Small map can be built in the map hotspot of the Quest Hall in a player-owned house. It requires 38 Construction, 2 teak planks, and 1 small map from Sir Renitee to build. Sir Renitee will charge the player 1,000 gp to paint it. The player must also have 51 Quest Points. When built, it earns the player 211 experience.
