Cap'n Izzy No-Beard is an non-player character who can be found at the entrance of the minigame Brimhaven Agility Arena. He has a pet parrot which he says has "cracked Jenny's tea cup." He and his parrot guard the entrance to the Agility arena, with a fee of 200 coins to use the arena. The fee is waived after completion of the quest Rocking Out, or with Karamja gloves 3 equipped.
Captain Izzy is also a master of Agility, and with level 99 Agility players may purchase an Agility cape from him for 99,000 coins. As with all skillcapes, it also comes with the matching skillcape hood.
Rocking Out
From the quest Rocking Out, it is learned that Wanda the Fish is Captain Izzy's close friend and a fellow pirate of his.
He plays a part in the Rocking Out quest. He is one of the pirates you must get a mark from, for the pirate in the cell to tell you the story of Rabid Jack.
Other
